The provision in Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 is considered as great opportunity by the Company to ensure active participation in compliances with law, improvement of ethical standards and responsibility towards society. ATSL is a profit making Company since the year of inception. The Company has been booking PAT of more than Rs.10 Cr. in last three financial years. So, Company has adopted a CSR policy to contribute towards advance of the underdeveloped areas in society.
