ATSL's Debenture Trustee services ensure the protection of interest of debenture holders whilst ensuring an adequate asset coverage ratio. ATSL is specialised in varied facets of Debenture Trustee services including creation of security within stipulated time, effective handling of investor complaints and proficient settlement of clearances on behalf of debenture holders in event of further borrowings by the Issuer.

As Debenture / Bond Trustee, we provide following services :

• Advise the issuer company on the mode of  security creation;
• Advise on  security creation draft documents and to vet the same;
• Hold the charge for and on behalf of the investors and keep the security documents in safe custody;
• Monitor the security cover and financial covenants by seeking periodic information from the issuer company;
• Ensuring compliance of terms in Information Memorandum / Subscription Agreement
• Ensuring compliance of Listing agreement, Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations
• Monitoring of Debenture Redemption Reserve maintained by issuer Company till final redemption
• Inform the Debenture Holders on revision of the credit rating of the Debentures by Rating Agency
• Convening the Debenture / Bond Holder meetings when so requested by majority Debenture Holders / Bond Holders;
• Promptly reddressing investor grievances;
• Enforcing security on the instruction of the Debenture Holders / Bond Holders;
