We also perform the following functions:

To monitor the Loans against Shares;
To vet the transaction documents provided by the Lender;
To accept and hold the security on behalf of the Lenders;
To sell the shares upon invocation of pledge on instructions of Lender;
To open an escrow account and transfer the proceeds of shares received from the broker to Lender's account in case of invocation of security;
To give top up notice and top down notices when required;
To give intimation to Lender upon receiving margin money / top up;
To provide monitoring report on daily / weekly / monthly basis reflecting various covenants.
